 When roasting is complete, package it up and display it on one of our round hot food merchandisers. They are available in single or double tier configurations. Each tier includes overhead heat and lighting. The cabinet base is 3/4” plywood finished in high pressure laminate and topped with a heated stone deck.
The RO-6 and the round heated merchandiser are the perfect pairing of products. Just don’t let the birds hear about them!

Your birds will be dizzy after they’ve spent some time on our RO-6 Rotisserie oven! The Lazy Susan design reduces loading and unloading time while revolving racks behind full-view glass doors provide excellent merchandising. No heavy spits or baskets are needed, the product cooks right on a motorized Lazy Susan! The RO-6 is flexible for roasting everything from chickens to BBQ spare ribs. A smoker option is also available. For a half-size model, ask about the RO-1.
The 6 Lazy Susan wire racks will hold:
• 36 chickens
• 18 10 lb. hams
• 60 lb. spare ribs
• 18 10 lb. turkeys
• 150 lb. roasts
