Redesigned Control Panels Make Installation a Snap!

At Piper, we are always striving for a better product. In the case of our hot food drop-ins, that means new and improved control boxes with a fresh look, quality dials with hi-visibility set points, and most of all, a new mounting system that eases installation. First, drop the unit into the counter and secure it in place using our Speed Lock System. Next, slide the control box through the cutout and fasten it with screws. The front panel and overlay can be easily removed from the control box allowing complete access to the electrical components inside.
